How to follow up on a silent quote without sounding desperate
Most quotes don't get a "no" — they get silence. A good follow-up wins back a real chunk of them. Here are two emails: one for day 3, one for day 14.
Silence almost always means "busy," not "no." The owner who follows up well closes jobs the one who doesn't leaves on the table. The trick is to give them a reason to reply — not another "just checking in."
Why "just checking in" fails
It adds nothing and it's easy to ignore. Every good follow-up does one of two things: it removes a reason they haven't said yes (price, scope, timing), or it adds a small, honest nudge (a slot opening up).

Day 14 — the graceful close
